Bookkeeper
Leeds Accounting and Tax Services, headquartered in Maywood New Jersey, is seeking a full-time Bookkeeper.

What You’ll Be Doing
For starters, you’ll be required to live our values. We base all our decisions on these, including who we promote. That said, your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding experiences to our employees, vendors, and clients. Here are some specifics:
• Maintain financial records, record transactions, and reconcile bank and credit card accounts. Monitor cash flow, banking activity, forecasting, and other bookkeeping and administrative aspects of clients' business and personal finance management.
• Answer phones and communicate with clients in a professional manner
• Create client invoices and make AR calls when necessary
• Collaborate with teammates to support various organizational initiatives as needed
Qualifications
We’re looking for someome with a genuine desire to help others. Along with strong verbal and written communication skills, we are seeking candidates with a bachelor’s degree who are detail-oriented self-starters, capable of multitasking, and comfortable with technology, especially Quickbooks/Quickbooks online and Excel. At this time, we are only accepting candiates who have a minimum of three years of experience in an accounting firm or managing multiple clients.
